Processing Time

  • Regular: Most non-custom orders are processed within 1-5 business days. We will keep you informed if any delays arise.

Note: During peak times or holidays, processing may take to 2-4 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Track your order status on our order tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn’t been fulfilled. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
